External power adapter for notebook computers. Rated to deliver up to 120 Watts which is sufficient for most portable devices. There are 12 power selection steps giving compatability with most major notebook brands.

Voltages are selected with a small slotted rotary switch. The correct operating voltage is marked on the rear or base of most notebook PCs - 16V or 19V is typical.

The range of 11 barrel plugs and adapters fits most phone models and iPOD as well. Check through the connectors to select the right one, a slightly wrong size may work but the poor fit will reduce reliability.

The adapter is also suitable for many 12V LCD TV and portable hard disk drive

The universal adapter may be a bit bigger than notebook manufacturers own parts - it can deliver more power than most. Another difference is that it has a small and unobtrusive fan that keeps it cool and should make it longer lasting.
