Consumables:

As standard with laser printers four different colour mechanisms are used with colours cyan, magenta, yellow and black - known as a CMYK process.

The consumables are:

• Seperate toners and photoconductor units giving economical use of photoconductors against the print-cartridges that have them built in.
• Transfer Belt Unit - life 120,000 pages (kit includes the 2nd Transfer roller)
• Maintenance kit (Fuser and pickup and separation rollers) life 120,000 pages (Some sources say 200,000 pages)

Note that Epson's intention is that periodic maintenance parts should be replaced by an Epson service engineer.
