The new MC160n network multifunction printer is an excellent choice for any small office. Compact, easy to use and highly affordable, it gives you all the day-to-day functions that you really need - printing, copying, scanning and faxing - without paying for expensive ‘extras’ that are better suited to larger workgroups.

The print resolution is a crisp 1200 x 600 dpi - more than enough for everyday documents - and because it prints in black & white at speeds of up to 20 pages per minute (ppm) it’s fast enough to share on your network. What’s more, it can produce full colour pages at the rate of 5 ppm, which is ideal for when you want to add a little extra style to your business documents.

Managing documents also becomes easier, thanks to a variety of scanning features (scan to email, FTP, PC or USB memory stick) and, for busy offices, you can increase the paper capacity right the way up to 700 sheets and even specify an automatic two-sided printing and copying capability.
