The oil for lubricating the carriage rail is part of the CQ201A “User Maintenance Kit”, which is no longer available, or possibly the CQ201A Carriage shutdown service kit, which is similarly no longer available.
The oil (which appears to be 10ml of “DB2-68”) is also available in the Q6715A Designjet Z6100 User Maintenance Kit.
