Also called “Assembly K spittoon”
The ink service module holds waste ink from the black print cartridge.
When the ink service module is almost full, the printer will not print.
If you do not have a new ink service module available, you can remove the black cartridge to continue printing – the product can print using only the tri-color cartridge, but the color results and print speed are affected.

According to HP’s partsurfer information, as well as fitting the OfficeJet 100, this module also fits the OfficeJet 150 CN550A, but not the OfficeJet 150 CN550E 2013 revision (which instead uses CN550-60038).

It appears possible that you might be able to flush-out with warm water the existing ink service module, then dry it, refit it and issue a reset following the instructions on http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01463304 (this is only a suggestion  – MindMachine Associates accept no responsibility for any damages resulting from reusing an old ink service module)
