Note1: Printer models without an LCD display (such as HL-5450DN) require the parts counter resetting via a USB attached PC running Brother’s maintenance driver software which Brother only provide to their authorised engineers (we do not have access to this software).

Note2: (from Brother service update F1440)
The fuser pressure roller is no longer orange, its now black. The roller also appears to be wrinkled on each end. This is intentional. The roller is designed this way to reduce wrinkles on the paper as it feeds through the machine.
