MP Navigator EX OCR is a comprehensive piece of software for managing and editing scanned images and documents. There are user-friendly PDF editing features, as well as image correction and enhancement options. CD-LabelPrint helps produce attractive CD labels.

The PIXMA MP980 is one of Canon's 2008 All-In-One Home print, copy and scan range. This particular model bridges the gap between the market standard A4 printers and the PIXMA Pro series with an A3 carriage. The printer is full featured. Wired and WiFi Ethernet

The printer has CD/DVD printing ability and auto duplex print. It also has a 4800dpi scanner to make high quality copies of photographs and slides.

Photo quality is enhanced by using 6 cartridges, where the 620 and 630 use 5 cartridges.
