HP DesignJet 10ps / 20ps

The DesignJet 10ps and 20ps are large format inkjet printers with 13 inch A3+ paper path. PostScript language support for compatability with graphics applications. Primarily aimed at colour accuracy and providing check-prints and pre-press proofs for graphics professionals.

Thermal inkjet with 6 colour (CMYKcm) capable of a wide colour gamut.

Automatic closed loop colour calibration using an internal sensor gives colur consistency between printers. Remote proofing capability. DesignJet 50ps users can prepare profiles that can be printed by a DesignJet 10ps or 20ps at a remote location.

Adobe PostScript RIP as software running on a PC or a PC based print -server.

The 10ps is a personal solution and the 20ps is a network version intended for a workgroup.

DesignJet 10ps - C7790A - base model intended for individuals.

DesignJet 20ps - C7790B - workgroup software RIP, extra 250 sheet tray.

USB and IEEE 1284 compliant Centronics parallel interface. There is one EIO slot. The 20 PS has an HP JetDirect 610n network card (J4167A) installed in the EIO slot.



HP PCL 3 GUI. built in. Adobe PostScript 3 PDF, EPS, TIFF JPEG BMP supplied as a software RIP running on client PCs and Macs.
