The HP DesignJet CC800PS is a wide format multifunction printer and scanner sold largely as a colour copier for "small / medium GIS corporate or government offices, and small copy shops or quick printers"
Like the DesignJet 815 and 820 it is based on the 42 inch 800ps printer and a 42 inch scanner with touch screen and keyboard. The main differences seem to be a lower spec in some respects: -
The sacnner is 42 inches wide with 40 inches width the embedded PC has a smaller RAM and hard disk a single sheet feed, roll feed and automatic cutter.
There is a touch screen intuitive graphical display to steer users through copying. The DesignJet cc800ps can work stand - alone without the need for any computer although it is network-ready. No special operator traininng is needed to use it as a copier.
A replacement for the cc800ps is the DesignJet T1100 MFP which is based on a significantly faster 6-ink printer.

Print Speed:
Similar specification to the DesignJet 800. A1 black diagrams in 60 seconds, colour in 90 seconds.
Scanner Abilities:
Appears to be similar to the DesignJet 4200 scanner.
Print Resolution:
2400x1200 dpi. Minimum line width is 0.0423mm (0.002 inch) and Line accuracy is +/- 0.2% or 0.38mm whichever is greater.
Paper Handling:
A00+ sizes (42 inch) Sheet feed, roll feed, automatic cutter.
Memory:
160 MB RAM in the printer. 12.5GB disk for print and scan jobs, divided 6GB for print spooler and 6.5GB for scan jobs.
Interface:
IEEE 1284 compliant Centronics parallel (ECP).
Network:
EIO Slot with JetDirect 610n or equivalent installed
Print Languages:
Standard for the printer is HP-GL/2, HP RTL, CALS G4 and Adobe PostScript 3.
