HP Designjet T1120 SD-MFP (CM719A)

Multifunction print, copy and scan solution for large-format and production environments based on thermal inkjet technology and with a print and scan width up to 1100mm - 44 inches.

The HP Designjet T1120 SD-MFP combines a wide format 6-ink printer with a scanner to provide a multifunction device that can handle engineering diagrams and large format photography.

The T1120SD aims to optimise line quality for design tasks - hence the two blacks and a gray allowing

- true gray fine lines. - smooth area fills

The printer uses 6 inks: 3 color (cyan, magenta and yellow), three-black (matte, photo black and light gray).

The T1120HD MFP is similar but has a larger control screen integrating most of the copy and print tasks the machine is used for in one neat unit

The integrated 9-inch touchscreeen panel on the SD makes this machine easy to use.

The printer has Gigabit Ethernet so it can easily be shared on a network and a USB2.0 connection for direct connection to a PC.

The combination of printer and scanner allows capture of older documents and customers printed drawings. The scanner also allows re-capture of handwritten notes of design changes - which can be re-printed so everyone has the documentation of a meeting.

The T1120 machines are built on the succesful design of the T1100 and offer the same reliability. Enhanced processing and memory capabilities contribute to a substantial increase in speed.

Copying: multiple copies, enlarge, reduce, color management. Reduction and enlargement 25 to 400%. Maximum copies in one job is 50.

Scanning: scan to file, PDF, TIFF, JPEG, CALS, DWF formats, scan to USB and network.

Scanner paper types: Non-abrasive paper, vellum, mylar, sepia, blueprints, plastic film, plastic laminate, foamboard, cardboard. (No plywood, stone plates, metal plates or abrasive, dirty, rough, sharp edged, metal clamped, burned surfaces, transparencies.)

Up to 2400 x 1200 optimized dpi. Ink drops are 6 pl (cyan, magenta, photo black, gray), 9 pl (yellow, matte black) Minimum line width (HP-GL/2 addressable): 0.0007 in (0.02 mm) giving clear, crisp lines and photo-quality images.
