A mono laserprinter based all in one with a flatbed colour scanner, copier and optionally fax capabilities. Provides a compact, low priced device for homes and small offices.

The basis for the print mechanism is the LaserJet 1010/102

Control:

A full fax control panel with a 2 line 16 character display. Ships with HP Toolbox. HP Web Jetadmin and Embedded web server when used with an external JetDirect print server.

Duty Cycle:

Up to 7,000 pages per month HP rating

Up to 14 pages per minute A4. First page out in 10 seconds with "Instant On"

Scanner Abilities:

Flatbed colour scanner with an ADF. Scanning resolution 600x600 dpi optical and up to 9600x9600 enhanced. 24 bit colour, 256 level greyscale. Media sizes 127x127 to 216x381mm via the ADF.

Fax Abilities:

(on the 3030) Analog fax with 33.6Kbps modem capable of 3 seconds per page. Standards 203x98dpi, 203x196 dpi, 300x300dpi no halftone and a photo mode at 300x300 dpi with halftone enabled. 33.6kbps fax modem. Additional 2MB fax memory storing 110 pages of fax documents.

1200 dpi effective output quality (600x 600 dpi with HP Resolution Enhancement technology (REt) and FastRes 1200 technology)

Paper Handling:

Tray 1:150 Sheet capacity. Sizes from A4, letter etc Sizes from 76x127 to 216x356mm. Weights from 60 to 163 gsm but the recommended range is 75 to 90gsm
