These inkjet based printer/fax machines are obsolete. There were never any service manuals or spares. They are quite costly to run unless you use compatible cartridges. We don't sell compatible cartridges at present because although they are cheap they are not reliable.

In the very unlikely event that you still have one of these in working condition we would be interested simply as a proof that some injets to live longer than ten years - in our experience that hardly ever happens.

Quite a nice printer for its time- but unfortunately that time has passed and there seem to be no spare parts available in UK distribution. Curiously, in 2009 the scanner glass did exist - scanner glasses are something we do get asked for. For most inkjets there are no glasses - the only way to get a spare is to get an old printer - or visit you local glazier.
